Wernfeilig Destiny (Destiny)
Black tobiano filly - d.o.b. 26.04.2019
Sire: Blazefield Pierre

Dam: Warners Dolly Daydream

Destiny was purchased from the Worcester Shetland Sales in October 2024.  She is a sweet mare who thought about being stand-offish until she realised that a food bucket was coming her way every morning.  Now she is extremely friendly!

Destiny is currently  out with the rest of the herd, although not yet fully accepted.  Fortunately, she has Wernfeilig Natasha (Poppy) to keep her company, so the two of the them stick together.

Hermits Crystal (Crystal)
Palomino tobiano filly - d.o.b. 06.06.23
Sire: Zago of Berry

Dam: Hermits Snowdrop
Crystal was purchased from the Worcester Sales in October 2024.   At the moment she is quite fearful and does not seem to have had much handling, but we will overcome all of that slowly over the coming winter.  Picture to follow as currently she is far too wet and muddy!
Crystal needs a lot more handling, so she has stayed at home with our standard pony Jugsy for company until she becomes more confident.

Windwillow Kerry Fiery Dawn (Pumpkin)
Chestnut mare - d.o.b.  06.04.17

Sire: Windwillow Bamboo
Dam: Kit-Kat of Brindister

We decided to keep the nickname her former owner gave her and Pumpkin is well named as she is orange and was very round, being in foal.   She can be reluctant to be caught, but will do anything for food so that's easily overcome!  She is quite a character.

Sadly, poor Pumpkin slipped her foal during the harsh wet and windy winter of 2023.  She has had a good rest on some lovely fresh grazing and has visited a friend's cremello stallion.  We don't know yet whether or not she is in foal for 2025.

Bwlchclawdd Nela (Nelly)

Black filly - d.o.b. 18.04.22
Sire: Swarthoull Preacher
Dam: Stackerhvi Flikka

Nelly is a gorgeous, black filly.  We bought her from Worcester Sales as a foal and she was terrified at first.   However, she soon came round and in the summer of 2023 went to Alrewas Show and gained a blue rosette (2nd).
The outing really helped her gain confidence, particularly as she had to cope with tractors, trailers, gazebos flapping in the wind, alpacas and all the razamataz of a show.  Nelly is now the friendliest pony you could wish for.

Bwlchclawdd Nela (aka Nelly) pictured below at Alrewas Show in July 2024.  She has come a long way from the frightened foal she used to be and is now a confident, friendly pony who really enjoyed her day out, gaining another second rosette.  We are very proud of her.

Shallowater Indiana (Indie)

Blue dun tobiano filly - d.o.b. 06.05.18
Sire: Kirkstall King Alfred
Dam: Shallowater Princess

Not the most flattering picture of Indie who can look a lot prettier, but she's a lovely, stockly filly - very kind and affectionate. Indie ran with Auric Tattoo (Sonny) in late June/July 2022 so we're hoping for a foal in 2023.

Indie had a year off before visiting a friend's stallion in July and August.  Indie looks to be in foal.

CorleyOak Spotlight (Topsy)

Black tobiano mare - d.o.b. 30.05.16

Sire: Edern Pennant
Dam: Edern Misty Morn

Topsy is a character - one of the most loving foals (now five year old) we've ever known. She is super-confident and very obliging. As a foal she went in two classes in the National Foal of the Year Show and took everything in her stride. Topsy ran with our stallion, Sonny, in May & June 2021 and had a lovely filly foal, a clone of herself, on 19th May 2022 - see foals page!

Unfortunately, it turned out that Topsy was not in foal this year and she is now acting as Auntie to Jewel's foal, Amy.

CorleyOak Silver Moonstone (Jewel)

Buckskin roan mare - 24.05.14

Sire: Kerswell Legacy
Dam: Collytown Charisma

Jewel presented us with a carbon copy of herself on 14.06.24 in the shape of a gorgeous buckskin roan filly, CorleyOak Amethyst (Amy) so Jewel has produced two copies of herself, one male and one female.

Above is our Jewel at her first ever outing at County level where she was 4th in a class of 11. She has matured into a super, stocky pony. She has the best temperament ever and loves being with people. In the above picture she has lost almost all of her winter coat so her buckskin colouring and roan shows up. The one below is her winter colour which is basically mucky brown and mud!

Jewel first ran with our stallion in May/June 2021. She is a very feisty mare though so we didn't know if she would have proved too much of a challenge for such a junior stallion. However, he prevailed and Jewel produced a lovely buckskin roan colt foal who is named CorleyOak Midnight Blues (Blue).  She has subsequently had a gorgeous filly foal, CorleyOak Amethyst (Amy)
